I love the holidays. The gatherings, the decorations, the spirit. But one of the things that always leaves me a bit cold are corporate greeting cards. Because they are produced for a large audience, corporate greetings usually feel impersonal and, therefore, ring hollow. And if the goal of these greetings is to convey a sense of warmth and fondness, then they often don’t succeed despite great effort.

Of course, it’s not practical to scale warm personal feelings to every client and customer and co-worker. Unless, of course, you’re Aviatech, who has come up with a great way to personalize their holiday corporate communications. Earlier this week, I received an HTML holiday email with this link.

Rather than focus on personalizing the message to each recipient, they personalized the message itself. I found this video to be a great way for Aviatech to express themselves, conveying warmth, humor and charm. It literally brought the greeting card concept alive.

Aviatech, will you help me with Page 90′s “cards” next year?
